The Residence Belvedere consists of a group of cottages, which are surrounded by pine-trees, agaves and cactuses; it is situated in the residential neighbourhood of Mariana di Camerota, 700 metres far from the centre of the town, where you can go shopping and it has a fine view over the litoral below. All flats are furnished and have TV, veranda and garden with beach-umbrella; also, the Residence offers guests: Bar, TV Hall, Play ground, Bowling Alley, Swimming-pool, Parking.

The Residence offers guests beach service at 2 associated bathing establishments, which are situated at the beach "Marina delle Barche" and at the beach "Mingardo", as well as at other beaches, 1 Km far from the Residence, reachable by shuttle-service.
