Plunged in the green National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano, only
few kilometers far from the sea, looking on the medieval village of
Pisciotta, the Farm of Sonia D'Amato offers reinvigorating holidays
all over the year. The centre of the farm, where guests are accomodated,
is situated in an old mill of the 18th century, restored in full respect
of the architectural traditions of Cilento, using handmade terracotta
tiles, wrought iron, door and window frames in chestnut wood, besides
the use of paintings and biological products.
Rooms are furnished with parquet in olive wood and antique furniture.
The farms owns a 10-hectar olive-cultivated land, for the production
of extra vergine olive oil, Biological certificate and D.O.P. (Protected
Denomination of Origin)
Farm's cuisine respects the plain traditions of Mediterranean diet and
uses only local and prevailing biological products.
